Hi, I’m Johdi, and I’m a special kind of therapeutic practitioner. 

Today I’m a Body Pain Miracle Worker with loads of happy clients praising the magic powers of my methodology because I finally helped them get out of decades-long pain by showing them why their hip/neck/back/you-name-it always hurt and what to do about it, and I EVEN MADE IT FUN.

  • 1 x Gait Assessment Scan which helps me see how each phase of the way you walk is right or wrong, and what kind of signal that is sending to the rest of your body.
  • 1x Consultation to identify the root cause of your pain. Years of advanced studies in Human Anatomy and Dissection mean that I have X-ray vision (yup, I’m like a superhero) which allows me to peel back your skin in my mind's eye, and hone in on the underlying muscle groups involved in faulty movement patterns.
  • A custom treatment plan based on my findings. I have a unique range of skills that help me to assess precisely which muscles are working too much, and which muscles are not working enough so that I know where you’ll need to release tension, and where you’ll need to encourage a muscle to work harder.

Your Personalised Body Pain Assessment to identify and address the root cause of your pain is a CHF 300 investment.

My work is cutting-edge and highly effective, but not yet reimbursed by your health insurance provider like physiotherapy and chiropractic care – so this is an investment you’ll need to make in your own long-term relief and quality of life.

Unlike many medical interventions, my approach doesn’t treat the symptom with a bandaid, or with medicine, or with ME the practitioner doing the work for you (like a massage therapist, physio, or a chiropractor). 

Instead, I show you precisely how the way you move is creating MORE pain, and how to practice moving (and what movements to begin doing regularly) to get you OUT of pain.

This not only provides shorter term relief for your life TODAY, but it will also rewire your brain and body to get used to new patterns of movement, so your default movement habits don’t persist and continue to create pain.

To get lasting, sustainable results, you need to re-pattern your movements from the place where they originate in the brain, and that’s what my skill set enables me to do for you.

Not only do I treat your dysfunctional, pain-causing movement patterns where they originate, in the Motor Control Centre of the brain, I then take the time to progressively build your body back so that it is balanced and functional again.
